Information

Prices:

The rates quoted require a minimum stay of 3 days, per person and day or week, includes half-board.

Children in the Palace:

0 -1 yrs of age - no charge, 2 - 3 yrs of age - 90%, 4 - 11 yrs of age - 50%, 12 - 14 yrs of age -30%. The children's discount only applies if children room with parents.

Shorter Stays:

For a stay of less than 3 days an additional fee of 10% per person per day applies.

Arrival & Departure:

Your room will be available to you as of 2:00 pm. On the day of your departure please check out of your room by 10:00 am.

Refunds:

No refunds for unused meals or services included in the half-board.

Reservations:

To confirm your reservation, we require a down payment of 400 € by credit card

Single Occupancy Surcharge:

In case of reservation of a double room for single use, a surcharge of 50% of the regular room rate, depending on category, will apply. This surcharge does not apply to the single room.

Frequest Guests:

Regular guests will receive a 10% discount as long as they book a stay of at least 7 consecutive days every year.

Garage:

Garage parking spaces may be reserved by all guests for a fee of 8 Euro per day.

Cancellation of Appointments in the Beauty Area:

Please cancel your beauty or vitality treatment 2 days in advance, for later cancellations or missed appointments, a fee of 50% of the treatment fee will be assessed.

Cancellations:

are unpleasant for you and for us. Please take into consideration that we will charge an amount equal to 3 nights for cancellations (30 days prior to arrival date) or early departures.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:

To protect you from the inconvenience of having to pay a cancellation fee for early departure or complete cancellation, we offer travel cancellation coverage at 50 Euro for the whole family. This way you are protected in case of an early departure.

Dogs:

Your pet is most welcome here. Please do remember that pets are not permitted in our Wellness area or the dining area. Pet fee: € 20 per day excluding pet food
